Refund & Cancellation Policy

The trial is free. No card is needed to start, and nothing is charged when it ends — the account simply waits for you to choose a plan.

Billing. Paid plans are billed as an annual contract, invoiced in advance in Indian rupees with 18% GST shown on the invoice. A one-time platform fee of ₹60,000 is charged on the first paid invoice only.

Cancelling. You may cancel at any time from your Company Account screen or by writing to us — no notice period, no cancellation fee. The service runs to the end of the annual period you have already paid for and no further invoices are raised.

Refunds. Once an annual period has started, its charge is not refunded pro-rata, and the platform fee is not refundable once onboarding has begun. If you are charged in error — a duplicate payment, or a charge after you cancelled — tell us within 7 days and we will refund it in full to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

If a payment fails. Your access continues for 14 days while we retry and remind you; after that the account is suspended. Nothing is deleted — settling the invoice restores everything at once.

After you leave. We keep your data for 90 days so you can return or take a copy, then delete it.

Shipping. AMPM ERP is an online software service. Nothing physical is shipped, so no shipping policy applies.
